Hiking and cycling trails geolocations

In the city geo dataset list that I have, there's something that says "Trails" and something that says "Trail Assets". I presume/hope that this would mean they'd have not only the GIS of the trail locations and paths themselves, but also whether cyclists are allowed, whether pets are allowed, that kind of thing.

        Surface type, slope.

        Cycling is allowed on all city trails with the exception of the snow valley / white mud creek trails. Slope is important for access to the RV.
