I believe Council Meeting Agendas and Minutes are going to be released in an improved format in the next few weeks. I'm not sure on the exact launch date though. It should include features like integrated video. For example, when you click on an item in the agenda/minutes it will take you to that spot in the video where that item was discussed. Particularly good for finding items when they are discussed out of order that they are listed in the agenda. I believe there will also be some improvements to the format of the minutes.

Good point...something more granular might be in order.

I'm for the idea here: I wonder if it could somehow be further abstracted to details like decisions: if it were, I think less participatory Edmontonians would have easier access and be more interested in being knowledgeable about what decisions were being made.
