Hiking and cycling trails geolocations

In the city geo dataset list that I have, there's something that says "Trails" and something that says "Trail Assets". I presume/hope that this would mean they'd have not only the GIS of the trail locations and paths themselves, but also whether cyclists are allowed, whether pets are allowed, that kind of thing.

The City has this as part of the geo data set they want to release, the source is labeled as "GeoEdmonton Partnership". It'd be good for planning construction or home improvement or what not, instead of finding out after trying to get the permit, and then getting the land surveyed, etc...
